Choose from one hour, two hour or 90 minute lessons – it’s up to you.

Often, one hour at a time is enough for a complete beginner as you get to grips with all the new skills that driving involves. But as you progress, it can often be helpful to take longer lessons of 90 minutes or two hours. Longer lessons can also work out cheaper too. In our experience, pupils who do at least two hours a week tend to make the most progress and are ready for their test more quickly. But it isn’t the case for everyone, so don’t worry if you only want one hour!

If you aren’t sure which works best for you, your driving¬†instructor will be happy to advise you.
